1.Clean your wall
First, make sure surface you apply it to is clean, dry.
2.Measure & Cut
Using a box cutter and a metal ruler with a cork backing will let you easily cut a hole or other shapes within the tiles more accurately.(cut by scissors or utility knife as well)
